Searching tenders and setting up alerts

The index holds 200,000+ tenders from Doffin (Norway), TED (the EU's official tender journal) and BOAMP (France's national procurement bulletin). Sources are synced automatically every day.

Combine free-text search with filters for CPV code, region, contract value, deadline and source. Results are ranked by how well they match your company profile.

• Open a tender to see the notice, the documents we could fetch and the key dates.

An alert is a saved search that runs automatically. You choose the criteria and how often you want email. Matches also appear as in-app notifications.

• Slack: connect a workspace under Settings → Integrations.
• Microsoft Teams: paste an incoming-webhook URL for the channel that should receive alerts.
• Calendar: subscribe to a personal calendar feed (.ics) with the deadlines of tenders you follow.

• Free: email alerts arrive as a daily digest, and you can save up to 5 tenders.
• Pro and Enterprise: real-time alerts and unlimited saved tenders.
• Documents are only available when the source publishes them openly; some buyers require you to register in their own tendering tool to download documents.

Why did I not get an alert for a tender I found elsewhere?

Either the tender was published on a portal we do not index, or it did not match the alert's criteria (CPV codes, region, value). Broadening the CPV codes is the most common fix.

How often is the data updated?

Every source is synced automatically at least once a day.
