When Tenderen is not the right fit
- You only need to submit a bid: submitting in the buyer's own tendering tool (KGV) is free, and you don't need Tenderen for that.
- You need guaranteed coverage of every national and below-threshold portal outside Norway — we index Doffin, TED and BOAMP (France); other national portals and below-threshold notices outside Norway and France are not covered.
- You need price schedules filled in automatically from a product catalogue — Tenderen does not do that today.
- You require an ISO 27001-certified supplier today — our certification is in progress, not completed.
- You require single sign-on (SSO/SAML) — it is not available yet.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing period.
You can keep using search, alerts and saved tenders, but AI features pause until your quota resets next month. If you regularly need more, Enterprise has much higher AI limits.

Your company's first Pro subscription starts with 14 days of full access. You add a payment method at checkout but are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost. If you cancel, you go back to the free plan.
No, no commitment period. You can cancel at any time. With annual subscription, we don't refund the remaining period, but you keep access until the end.
