Getting started with Tenderen
You get started by signing up with your work email, describing what your company delivers, and saving a search — after that Tenderen shows matching tenders and emails you new ones.
1. Create an account
Enter your email on tenderen.com. We send a sign-in link, so you do not need a password to start. The Free plan needs no credit card.
2. Describe your company
During onboarding you add your company (Norwegian companies can be prefilled from the Brønnøysund Register), what you deliver, and the CPV codes and regions you care about. Tenderen uses this profile to rank tenders by relevance.
- Not sure which CPV codes fit? Use the CPV lookup, or describe your services and let the AI suggest codes.
- You can change the profile at any time; matching updates automatically.
3. Search and save
Search by keyword, CPV code, region, value and deadline. Save the tenders you want to follow, and turn a search into an alert so new matches reach you by email.
4. Prepare the bid
On Pro and Enterprise the AI can summarise the tender documents, check requirements against your company profile and draft answer sections. You still submit the bid in the buyer's own tendering system — Tenderen does not submit bids to Doffin or TED on your behalf.
Limits
- Free: 1 user, 5 saved tenders, daily email alerts, no AI document analysis or AI writing.
- Tenderen covers the sources listed above. A tender published only on a portal we do not index will not appear.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need a credit card to try Tenderen?
- No. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card. Your company's first paid subscription starts with a 14-day free trial.
- Which languages can I use?
- The interface is available in 25 languages. Tender documents keep the language they were published in; the AI can summarise them in your language.
