Doffin, TED and BOAMP: where Tenderen's tenders come from

Tenderen imports public tender notices automatically: from Doffin (Norway) every hour, from TED (the EU's tender journal) every two hours, and from BOAMP (France) once a day. There is nothing for you to connect.

Best for: Suppliers who want one search across Norwegian and European tenders instead of checking each portal.

Sources and update frequency

  • Doffin, Norway's national notice database: checked every hour.
  • TED (Tenders Electronic Daily), where notices above the EU/EEA thresholds are published: checked every two hours, country by country.
  • BOAMP, France's national procurement bulletin: once a day.
  • Contract award notices: imported every night and used for award history and Market Radar.

What is imported

For each notice Tenderen stores the title, buyer, description, CPV codes, regions, estimated value when it is published, publication date, deadline, procedure type and links to the notice and its documents. When the source updates a notice — for example with a new deadline — the tender is updated in Tenderen and users who follow it are notified.

What Tenderen does not do

Tenderen does not submit bids. You download the documents and submit in the tendering system the buyer uses, such as Mercell's KGV, EU-Supply or Visma TendSign. Tenderen helps you find, assess and write the bid before that.

Limits

  • A tender published only on a portal Tenderen does not index, or only on the buyer's own website, does not appear.
  • Documents are available when the source publishes them openly. Some buyers require you to register in their own tendering tool to download them.
  • The index holds more than 200,000 tenders; the live count is on the homepage.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Doffin account to use Tenderen?
No. You may need a user account in the buyer's tendering tool to download documents or submit, but not to find tenders in Tenderen.
How quickly does a new Doffin notice reach my alerts?
Doffin is checked every hour and alerts are matched every 15 minutes, so on Pro and Enterprise a new notice usually reaches you within one to two hours. The Free plan sends a daily digest.
