How to bid together with partner companies
Create a consortium from the tender, choose a lead-partner or joint-venture structure, invite the partner companies by email and divide the work. Each partner works from its own Tenderen account, and Tenderen can check the partnership for competition-law risk.
Step by step
The competition-law check
Companies that could each bid alone may not always join forces on a bid. Tenderen's check looks at the overlap between the partners' fields, whether a partner could deliver alone, and the size and value involved, and flags the risk as low, medium or high. The Norwegian Competition Authority publishes guidance on joint bids.
Limits
- Each partner needs its own Tenderen account.
- The competition-law check is an indicator based on the data in Tenderen, not legal advice.
