AI document analysis and bid writing

The AI reads the tender documents and gives you a summary, the requirements, deadlines and award criteria, and can draft answer sections that you review and edit — it is included on Pro (with monthly quotas) and Enterprise (unlimited).

Document analysis

Run an analysis on a tender to get a one-page summary, extracted requirements, key dates, award criteria and identified risks. You can also ask questions about the documents in a chat.

Requirements and fit

Tenderen compares the requirements with your company profile and documents, shows where you meet them and where there are gaps, and helps you decide whether to bid.

Bid writing

The writer drafts answers section by section based on the tender, your company profile and earlier material in your library. Every draft is a starting point: you edit, approve and export it yourself.

How your data is used

Your documents are processed only to deliver the feature you asked for. Neither Tenderen nor our AI providers use your content to train models.

Limits

  • Free: no AI document analysis or AI writing. AI-suggested CPV codes are limited to 20 searches per month.
  • Pro: 50 AI document analyses and 20 AI responses per month, per company. The counters reset every calendar month.
  • Enterprise: no monthly count limit on AI analyses and responses, within a daily fair-use AI budget.
  • AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Always check requirements and figures against the original tender documents before you submit.

Frequently asked questions

What happens when the monthly quota is used up?
The AI features stop for the rest of the month and the app tells you so. Search, alerts and everything else keep working. Enterprise has no AI quota.
Can the AI submit the bid for me?
No. Tenderen helps you prepare the bid; you submit it yourself in the buyer's tendering system.
