Teams, roles and collaboration
You invite colleagues to your company workspace by email, give them a role and work on the same tenders and bids — Pro includes up to 5 users and Enterprise has no user limit.
Company roles
Every user in a company has one of three roles: Owner, Admin or Member. Owners and Admins manage users, billing and integrations; Members work on tenders and bids.
Bid teams
Create a team for a bid, add the people involved and track who is responsible for which part.
Consortium bids
When you bid together with partner companies, create a consortium on the tender and invite the partners. Each partner works from its own Tenderen account, and responsibilities are tracked per company.
External access
Share a specific part of the work with someone who is not a user — for example a subcontractor who needs to fill in one section — through a secure share link. You can revoke the link at any time.
Limits
- Free: 1 user.
- Pro: up to 5 users; external access is included.
- Enterprise: unlimited users.
