What is Doffin?
Doffin is Norway's national database for public procurement notices, run by the Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management (DFØ). Public buyers must announce competitions above the national threshold there, and notices above the EU/EEA thresholds are forwarded from Doffin to TED.
What is published on Doffin
- Contract notices for competitions above the national threshold
- Notices above the EU/EEA thresholds, which are also published on TED
- Award notices and other notices about the competition
Doffin is not where you submit
Doffin announces the competition and links to the tender documents. The bid itself is submitted in the tendering system the buyer has chosen, such as Mercell's KGV, EU-Supply or Visma TendSign.
How Tenderen uses Doffin
Tenderen checks Doffin for new and updated notices every hour, matches them against your alerts and imports award notices every night for award history and Market Radar.
