A technology company built for the European market
Tenderen was founded in Oslo to solve a problem the founders saw from both sides of the table: how much time and expertise gets lost in finding, reading, and responding to public tender documents. We combine deep insight into European procurement law — the Norwegian Public Procurement Act, the FOA, KOFA case law — with modern software that is grounded in source documents, not in loose assumptions.
