1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Tenderen platform ("the Service"), you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept the terms, you must not use the Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Tenderen AS.
2. Description of the service
Tenderen is a platform that helps businesses find, analyze and respond to public tenders. The Service includes:
- Search and filtering of public tenders
- AI-powered document analysis
- Writing assistance for tender responses
- Notifications about new tenders
- Market insights and competitor analysis
3. User accounts
To use the Service you must create a user account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Keeping your login information confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use
4. Subscription and payment
The Service is offered in different subscription plans. By choosing a payment plan:
- You agree to pay the applicable prices
- You authorize us to charge your payment method
- You accept that the subscription renews automatically
- You can cancel at any time before the next billing period
Prices may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are not given for partially used periods.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent security measures
- Not use automated tools to extract data (scraping)
- Not share your account with others
- Not use the Service to send spam or unwanted communications
6. Intellectual property
Tenderen owns all rights to the Service, including software, design, trademarks and content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these terms.
Content you upload remains your property, but you grant us the right to use it to deliver the Service.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- That information in tenders is complete or accurate
- That AI-generated content is error-free
- That you will win tenders by using the Service
You are responsible for verifying all information before submitting tenders.
8. Limitation of liability
Tenderen is not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages or loss of profits resulting from use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the last 12 months.
9. Termination
You can terminate your account at any time through the settings in the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be sought resolved through negotiations. If this does not succeed, the dispute shall be decided by Oslo District Court.
